What a brilliant post… this needs to be shared around. Thank you, after 30+ years in the industry to read a post like this finally some one is telling it as it is…
My belief is hairdressers have a huge advantage in this changing world however some past patterns need to be broken and if they look at the bigger picture with this online off line world there is massive opportuniNatty.
Small Business has the answer to this global challenge, the solution is not in the multi nationals.
